Whether you have lived in Windermere since its founding in 1970, or just recently moved in, there is always something new to learn. Please find the most commonly asked questions and answers below:
Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday by Refuse Removal Results (RRR). To schedule a bulk trash collection, or for other trash services pertaining to your home, please contact RRR at 301-990-3533 or triplertrash@gmail.com. Each home is eligible for one free bulk trash collection per year.
Please ensure that your containers are out at the street for pickup by 7:30 AM on the day of scheduled collection.
Recycling is collected on Friday by Montgomery County.
Please visit the County’s Recycle Right page to learn how to recycle properly. If you need a new or replacement blue recycling bin, Montgomery County residents can request them for free. They will even remove and recycle your old bin. Please visit the “Request a…” page for the County.
The pool will open on Saturday, May 27, 2023 and close Monday, September 4, 2023.
The pool hours are as follows:
- M-F: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sat/Sun: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- Holiday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Please note that work must not begin until formal approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ARC) has been received by you. (All applications are processed within 30 days of submission).

The meetings will be held in person at the following venue:

If there are any changes to the schedule, notice will be provided as soon as possible. The purpose of these meetings is to conduct normal association business.
Annual HOA dues are billed in November for the upcoming year and full payment must be received by December 31st or will be subject to a late fee. December 31st is the date for receipt by Abaris, not the date for payment to be sent by homeowners.

Maryland law requires sellers to furnish potential buyers within a community association with a package of disclosure documents. This package of disclosure documents, commonly referred to as “Resale Documents,” must be presented to a potential buyer within 20 days of entering into a contract of sale for a home in a homeowners association.
